Ascension is about the growth of the Soul and the expansion of Consciousness. You will learn to fall in love with yourself and release all the fears that inhibit the full expression of who you are. Ascension
 
Ascension is the process of obtaining Christ, Buddha consciousness through transcending the negative ego and raising one's light and love quotient and completing of one's spiritual initiations leading to one becoming a full fledged ascended master and God-realised being.
 
The process by which the monad, soul and earthly personality all become one on earth.
 
Ascension is the upward or ascending aspect of the universal cycle of creation, characterised by the moving of energy and being back into more refined and integrated levels and frequencies of love and light. It is the cosmic inbreath of Brahma, in the cosmic creation cycle of the inbreath and outbreath of God. Ascension is the process of anchoring your higher self and mighty I AM Presence or monad into your physical body in an integrated and balanced way and, hence, achieving your seven levels of initiation. It is also a process of achieving a 99% light quotient level on a planetary scale. It is also self mastery on a spiritual, psychological and physical - earthly level in service of God and unconditional love. It is the balancing and integration of your seven rays, seven chakras, twelve archetypes, twelve astrological signs and twelve sephiroths of the tree of life.
 
Ascension is a change of frequency. It is a change in how we focus our consciousness.  Everything is made up of energy. There are two major qualities to energy: the way we apply it, and its vibration and frequency.
 
Your physical, emotional or astral, mental and spiritual bodies are all made up from this stuff we call energy. It is behind everything.
 
Each person in our universe is unique and we can change the frequency of our energy.
 
We can raise our lower frequency in our physical body to a higher frequency.  We can see, hear, feel and know different vibrations and move from fear-based thinking to making choices in through and around love. From being very limited, we move from separation into oneness, interconnected with everything, into the unlimited. It is a process, this is ascension. 
 
This oneness energy may be called God/Goddess, Great Spirit, the Source, etc.
 
We are spiritual beings, here, experiencing what it is like to be in a physical body, remembering that I am Spirit, I am Angel, I am Master, I am God, I am Buddha, I am Elohim, I am extraterrestrial, I am Shakana.
 
We are not in the world, the world is within us.  We see through our consciousness, and it deepens our perception and everything is consciousness.

“Ascension” is a word that various religions have come to regard as the raising of one’s vibration above that of the earth. Ascension occurs on etheric/physical emotional and mental levels. On the mental level, one’s consciousness has been raised to the level of the 5th dimension.

In Christian symboligism, the ascension and the descent of the Holy Ghost, Holy Spirit stand for the attainment of adeptship, he ascends clear above humanity, beyond the earth, although if he so chooses, as did the Christ, he may return to teach and help. As he ascends, he becomes one with the Holy Spirit and invariably the first thing he does with his new-found power is to pour it down upon his disciples. The Christian feast of Whitsunday celebrates when the Adepts became one with Christ and the Holy Spirit.
