The Float Sanctuary is a trading company of The Angel & Float Centre Ltd.

The Angel & Float Centre Ltd will be the name that appears on your bank statement when buying vouchers.

All Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

All gift vouchers carry a credit/debit card booking fee per product ordered. This fee covers paypal charges, gift voucher printing, and postage & packaging fees.

When purchasing gift vouchers, please state who the voucher is for and from.

All Float sessions must be booked in advance by telephone or by visiting The Float Sanctuary.

All our offers are for a limited time, and we may withdraw any offer at any time before purchase.

We review our prices regularly and prices can change without warning up to the time of purchase.

Float Session appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment after which time they will be charged at normal rate.

All float sessions must be paid for in advance or on the day of your appointment.

Floating has many wonderful benefits but we do not claim floating to be a cure for any condition and no statement of our staff or publications can be construed to imply a cure.

The Float Sanctuary cannot be held responsible for any property left behind at the end of a float session.

The Float Sanctuary provides written instructions available at the time of each session and will rely on each and every floater to read and follow those instructions and The Float Sanctuary will not be held responsible for any damages arising from failure to follow them.

The Float Sanctuary recommendations never supercede those of a customer's medical doctor in relation to floating.

Where Offer says "treatment of your choice", please choose from the following treatments; Swedish back massage, Indian Head Massage, Facial Rejuvenation Massage, Angelic Reiki, Reiki, Crystal Healing.

If you would like to upgrade the treatment of your choice to: Hopi Ear Candles, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stones Massage or Bamboo Massage, there will be a small upgrade fee to pay. Please enquire with Tracy.
